Ages and Stages Questionnaire Series, 3rd Edition (ASQ-3)

Family Home and Center Based Child Care Providers are Invited to learn how the ASQ-3 helps give children the best start in life.

Learning Objectives:
1. Participants will learn why this simple screening is important for children ages 0-5 years
2. Participants will become familiar with how to use the ASQ-3, including how to administer, score, interpret, and make referral decisions based on the results
3. Participants will practice how to effectively communicate with parents about screening and follow up; then how to support parents in completing the ASQ-3

Training materials are required to participate. Training materials will not be mailed out after Friday, 5 September. Child Care Providers who register to attend after Friday, 5 September must pick up training materials from Hively’s Offices in Livermore or Pleasanton
