Tracey Lewis Taylor is a healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience leading clinical and operational teams in both large Academic Medical Centers (AMC) as well as within AMC

affiliated community hospital settings. She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley and is responsible for providing strategic leadership and management for all Hospital Operations including Human Resources and Nursing Operations.

Before her move to California, Tracey served as Vice President for Operations for NewYork-Presbyterian / Lawrence Hospital, overseeing hospital operations as well as operating and capital budgets, and implementing clinical strategy. She also served as Director of Clinical Services at NewYork-Presbyterian, responsible for operations of the Oncology and Cardiac Service Lines. Prior to her 11+ year career with NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Tracey held roles with Tenet Health System and the healthcare consulting firms of Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. In 2016 she was recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 influential business professional by Westchester County’s Business Council.

Tracey obtained an undergraduate and Master’s Degree in Public Health both from Emory University in Atlanta Georgia and is Board Certified as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

In addition to her role as COO at Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley, Tracey also serves on the Board of the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce and served as the Board Chair in 2021.

Jonathan has spent the majority of his career in a variety of Finance and Accounting roles. He currently serves as Director of FP&A at Pivot Bio, a company focused on helping farmers replace synthetic nitrogen while improving their bottom line and environmental footprint. In this role, he supports the SVP of Product Innovation and R&D with financial and strategic planning. Previously, he served as Treasurer on the board of Young People’s Symphony Orchestra, the oldest independent youth orchestra in California. Jonathan enjoys staying active, practicing classical voice, and spending time with his German Shepherd dog, Ellie.

Ali is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has spent her career providing mental health and case management services to children, families and adults in need. For the past 10 years, Ali has held leadership positions at Bay Area nonprofits including Seneca Family of Agencies, Fred Finch Youth & Family Services, and Bay Area Community Services.

Currently, Ali owns a private therapy practice in Oakland, and provides consulting to agencies building social service programs. Ali grew up in the Bay Area, and after spending time living in Boston, Washington D.C. and Chicago, has returned to the Bay to be near family and sunny weather. Ali is passionate about empowering families with the resources they need to thrive in their own unique ways, which is why she joined the Hively Board of Directors in 2022.

When she’s not working, Ali enjoys playing with her dog, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and watching embarrassing reality TV shows.

Nhi has dedicated her decades-long career to supporting under-resourced children and families. She currently serves as the Deputy Director of Strategic Development at the East Bay Asian Youth Center where she oversees public and private partnerships, fund development, program development, strategic planning, and grassroot advocacy efforts. She earned her BA in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley and MA in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education. When not working, Nhi likes to hike and kayak with her family and search for the best noodle soup.

Alicia is a UX design leader with decades of experience scaling global teams, making technology easier to understand and fun to use, and helping brands communicate. She grew up in San Francisco, and received a BA in Political Science from Vassar College, an MS in Clinical Psychology from San Francisco State University, and post-graduate training at The Psychotherapy Institute in Berkeley.

Alicia’s educational background informs her compassionate approach to leadership and her strong interest in Hively’s mission to support children and families’ wellbeing. Today Alicia lives with her family and dog in the East Bay, and enjoys knitting, travel and the occasional round of karaoke.

Naraya Hockaday is a longtime resident of Pleasanton, CA.  She has worked for AT&T for 20 years holding numerous roles within Sales Management, Operations and Professional Development.  Naraya’s approach to work is to inspire employees to optimally perform for their organizations. Naraya’s passion is philanthropy, with an altruistic concern for human welfare and advancement. She is an active member of the National Charity League, where she serves on the Board as VP of Philanthropy. Outside of work, Naraya enjoys spending time with her husband Erick and 2 daughters Elyse and Eliana.

Reggie is a community health and partnerships advocate who has spent his career developing programs, projects, and tools designed to help people get better access to support services.  A public health professional by training, his perspective is uniquely rooted in experience at the intersection of community health, care delivery operations, and technology innovation. A native of Oakland, CA he holds a bachelor’s degree in human biology from Stanford University and a Doctor of Public Health degree from UC Berkeley.  Reggie is intimately familiar with the challenges of finding affordable and accessible services in Alameda County.  He is excited to join Hively’s cause to bring more resources to families and help them get the assistance they need when they need it.

Reggie and his wife Ana are currently raising their two children, Ariya and Ryan, in Oakland and spend their time traveling and coaching local youth sports.

Kristen is the founder of Integrated General Counsel, a full-service business and employment law firm located in Pleasanton. IGC is designed to help entrepreneurs and business owners start, grow, and manage their companies. Kristen enjoys this work because she knows firsthand what it takes to dream up, build, and run one’s own enterprise. Kristen received her undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of San Francisco and her Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University. Her professional experience includes a decade working for large firms like Morrison Foerster and Pillsbury Winthrop and as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 international architecture & engineering firm. She founded IGC in 2009. When she isn’t with clients or in court, Kristen is busy with friends and family and sneaking in visits with her children in college. She is also active in her professional community via the Business Law and the Law Practice Management sections of the California Lawyers Association and as a member of the Pacific Women’s Business Enterprise Council and the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the Alameda County and Los Angeles County bar associations.

Martin is a first-generation Nigerian born healthcare business professional with east coast roots and spent most of his early years living in central New Jersey. Martin currently works as a business consultant and possesses several years of healthcare industry experience where he coaches care teams and advises senior executives in managing large-scale strategic projects. His experience in leadership roles includes strategy development, project management, process standardization, and operational efficiency. Prior to joining the Hively Board of Directors in 2023, Martin served as a regional leader at several large health systems on the east and west coast including New York Presbyterian Hospital, Sutter Health, and Kaiser Permanente

Martin holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University with a dual major in finance and economics. He later returned to Rutgers for graduate school, earning his MBA with a concentration in supply chain management.

In his leisure time, Martin is an avid runner and enjoys exploring national parks, photography and reading.

Gyre Renwick is the Chief Operating Officer at Modern Health. He has over 20 years of industry and leadership experience, developing and scaling enterprise healthcare departments at some of the world’s fastest-growing companies and enabling healthcare access to some of the most vulnerable populations. Gyre grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and is a graduate of University of California, Santa Cruz and has an MBA from Duke University. Gyre started his career in the non-profit sector and joined the Hively board in 2023. Gyre is a father of 4 and currently lives in Pleasanton on a small urban farm. He is also a 7x Ironman and enjoys spending time with his family on the lake or in the mountains.

Billie provides employers with legal advice and assistance to help them navigate a variety of workplace issues and has extensive experience representing companies in complex employment and commercial litigation.  Billie was a partner at a well-established global law firm before she and another attorney founded Boyer Wenter LLP, an employment law, complex business litigation, and appellate advocacy boutique law firm in northern California.

Billie obtained her undergraduate degree in communications from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School.  Billie stays busy with her husband, toddler and teenage children, and she enjoys running and cycling in her spare time.

Josh has spent his career helping people and organizations reach their full potential, leading teams and shaping culture at some of the world’s most innovative companies, including Tesla, Meta, and Adobe. With a focus on building high-performing teams and aligning people strategy with business growth, he is passionate about creating workplaces where individuals can thrive and make an impact. 

Josh received a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Milligan College and a Master’s in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University. Josh began his professional journey in the U.S. Air Force, where he developed a deep commitment to service, leadership, and teamwork — values that continue to guide his career today.

Josh is excited to join the board to support Hively’s mission to create opportunities for children and families to thrive. In his free time, he enjoys running and spending time with his wife, Liz, and children, Lauryn, Luke, and Zach.
