Newly Licensed, and established Child Care Providers who would like to refresh their knowledge, are invited to join Hively staff in a review of how to document immunization records, recognize when records are incomplete, and access immunization resources.

Participants will learn:
âĒ How to gather and document vaccination records on the âBlueâ immunization card
âĒ How to use the Pink Windows for Immunization card
âĒ When you may conditionally admit a child with an incomplete immunization record
Participants will work together to complete a practice immunization card and document next steps.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
âĒ Find the current Shots Required for Pre-Kindergarten (Child Care) Schedule, Requirements for Employees and Volunteers, and Tools for Child Care Staff
âĒ Review Annual Reporting Requirements
âĒ Consider options in Calendaring when records are due
