Come join our intensive two-evening training to learn what it means to be Anti-Bias and Anti-Racist, learn easy practices to use in childcare settings, and learn how to navigate challenging conversations. Utilize ways to create Anti-Bias Anti Racist environments for young children.<\/p>\n 4. Apply strategies for having constructive conversations about the importance of Anti-Bias and Racist practices in Early Learning and Care environment (or services)<\/p>\n
