This training is designed for educators working with infant-toddler and pre-K-3rd age groups who want to understand and apply CLASS strategies to their daily interactions. Intro to Interactions for Educators focuses on introducing the key concepts of CLASS, helping educators see interactions in action, and providing strategies they can immediately apply.
After you register through Zoom, you will receive an email prompting you to create an account at teachstone.com. If you already have a teachstone.com account, you will not need to create another account. You will then need to register through teachstone for this training.
Registration will close on August 16, 2026. The training materials will be mailed out the week of August 17, 2026. The training materials are required to participate in the training.
Participants who are not able to attend the training will be responsible to return the materials to a Hively office.

-Describe the impact intentional interactions have on children’s ability to thrive.
-Describe the core skills that children need to thrive, and how they support children’s learning and development.
-Identify key behaviors at the dimension and domain levels of the CLASS tool.
