DESCRIPTION:Family Home and Center Based Child Care Providers are Invited to learn how the ASQ-3 helps give children the best start in life. \nLearning Objectives:\n1. Participants will learn why this simple screening is important for children ages 0-5 years\n2. Participants will become familiar with how to use the ASQ-3\, including how to administer\, score\, interpret\, and make referral decisions based on the results\n3. Participants will practice how to effectively communicate with parents about screening and follow up; then how to support parents in completing the ASQ-3 \nREGISTER HERE  \n• You must be able to turn on audio and video from the device you are using\n• REGISTER EARLY so that materials can be mailed to you. \nTraining materials are required to participate. Training materials will not be mailed out after Friday\, 5 September. Child Care Providers who register to attend after Friday\, 5 September must pick up training materials from Hively’s Offices in Livermore or Pleasanton \nCCIP ECE Competencies Topic: Observation\, Screening\, Assessment\, and Documentation Check with your PGA to confirm this training counts as Professional Growth Hours.
