This comprehensive workshop is designed to demystify the reporting requirements outlined in Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations. 1) Identify Reportable Incidents: Gain a clear understanding of the full spectrum of incidents that mandate reporting under Title 22, including but not limited to, children’s injuries, abuse allegations, outbreaks, changes to the facility, and environmental hazards.
2) Master Reporting Timelines: Confidently navigate the various reporting deadlines, from immediate telephonic notifications to 24-hour, 7-day written reports, , and other specified.
3) Navigate Reporting Channels: Understand the specific agencies and entities that must be notified for different types of incidents, including Community Care Licensing, local law enforcement, local Public Health, and other relevant authorities.
4) Implement Effective Internal Processes: Develop and refine internal reporting procedures to ensure all staff members are equipped to identify and report incidents promptly and accurately.
