DESCRIPTION:Virtual Training!\nNewly Licensed\, and established Child Care Providers who would like to refresh their knowledge\, are invited to join Hively staff in a review of how to document immunization records\, recognize when records are incomplete\, and access immunization resources. \nRegister by 4 August 2025 to receive handouts by mail \nParticipants will learn:\n• How to gather and document vaccination records on the ‘Blue’ immunization card\n• How to use the Pink Windows for Immunization card\n• When you may conditionally admit a child with an incomplete immunization record\nParticipants will work together to complete a practice immunization card and document next steps.\nParticipants will have the opportunity to:\n• Find the current Shots Required for Pre-Kindergarten (Child Care) Schedule\, Requirements for Employees and Volunteers\, and Tools for Child Care Staff\n• Review Annual Reporting Requirements\n• Consider options in Calendaring when records are due\nCCIP ECE Competencies Topic: Health\, Safety\, and Nutrition\nCheck with your PGA to confirm this training counts as Professional Growth Hours \nREGISTER HERE
