As a caregiver, you may be the first person to notice a difference in a child under your care. Sharing those concerns with families can be nerve wracking and you may not know how to approach the situation. In this training, we will go over when to talk to parents about concerns and strategies on how to share those concerns. In addition, we will examine your own emotional response as a caregiver, as well as understanding parent\u2019s reactions and how to support them and yourself.<\/p>\n
