Description:
The well-being of caregivers directly influences the social-emotional development of young children. This session highlights the importance of caregiver self-awareness, stress management, and emotional resilience. Participants will reflect on their own social-emotional needs, explore strategies for building supportive networks, and learn ways to create a balance between professional responsibilities and personal well-being.

Objectives: Participants will be able to:
1) Recognize the connection between caregiver social-emotional health and children’s development.
2) Practice strategies for managing stress, fostering self-awareness, and building resilience.
3) Develop a plan for ongoing self-care and professional support to sustain their role in nurturing children’s growth.
