This workshop helps child care providers build the skills and confidence to welcome and include all children in their programs. We will explore what inclusion means, why it matters, and the laws that guide it, such as the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Participants will also learn how inclusion benefits children, families, and providers, and leave with practical strategies to create environments where every child feels a true sense of belonging.
