The CareConnect portal is your go-to online tool for efficient provider reimbursement. With CareConnect, providers can:
- Submit Attendance Sheets Digitally: No more paper formsâeasily submit your attendance sheets online.
- Access Essential Documents: Retrieve your Explanation of Payment documents and blank barcoded attendance sheets.

Hively partners with child care providers to support their small business operations with various training such as tax season support, marketing, and staying on top of state and local requirements. Most of our workshops and classes are open to everyone, but some are specifically for licensed child care providers. Please see the details of each workshop for more information.

Hively's Health & Safety Training Reimbursement Form
You may be eligible for a partial reimbursement of an 8-hour EMSA approved Pediatric First Aid & CPR/AED or Preventive Health training if you:
- Are a child care provider in the Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton, and Sunol area
- Completed the training between July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027
Reimbursement is not guaranteed and all submissions will be reviewed. Reimbursement is made on a first come, first served basis and depends on current fiscal year contract guidelines and available funding.
