Provider Story

“I just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for all the support you have provided me. As you know, I am new to this role, and while I am passionate about caring for young children, there are times when I find myself unsure of how to navigate certain situations. During those moments, I always know who to turn to for guidance. I have learned so much from your training sessions. Your patience, dedication, and the time you invest—especially in the evenings—mean so much to me. Thank you again for everything!”

Our two Family Resource Centers in Pleasanton & Oakland—and our mini-center in Fremont—provide a one-stop shop for families to access basic essentials, free-of-charge, such as children’s clothing, shoes, diapers, books and early learning materials. Our resource centers also act as a support and education resource hub for both families and child care providers.
