Laura Rincon
Laura Rincon is a student at Palo Alto University, pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She made the shift to counseling after a successful career in business, including earning her MBA and in the consulting world. Now, she's committed to making a real difference in people’s lives by providing accessible, compassionate mental health care.

Growing up in a multicultural household with Hungarian and Colombian roots, Laura understands the value of diversity and the challenges people from different backgrounds face. She is passionate about supporting individuals from all walks of life, particularly those who may feel overlooked or underserved. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where clients from every background, including low-income and underserved communities, feel heard, respected, and empowered. Laura also believes in bringing balance to both body and mind. As a certified yoga and Pilates instructor, she incorporates mindfulness practices that can help manage stress, anxiety, and other life challenges.

When she's not helping others, Laura stays active by running, baking, and spending time outdoors—proving that self-care can be simple and accessible to everyone. More than anything, she values strong relationships with family, friends, and her community, always striving to stay connected to the people who matter most.
