Mental Health Counseling Services

Are you feeling anxious, stressed, or depressed? Are your teenagers struggling? Are you having a hard time communicating with loved ones? Would you like to make changes but aren’t sure where to start?

If so, talking with a therapist could be helpful.

Our Services

We offer individual, couples, group, and family counseling services for all ages. In-person services are provided in San Leandro, Pleasanton, and Oakland. We also offer sessions via Zoom for Alameda County residents.

Appointments

Counseling services are by appointment only. Appointments can be scheduled Monday through Saturday, including some evenings. Remote appointments via Zoom are also available through our electronic health platform. To schedule an appointment, contact counseling@behively.org or call (510) 483-6715 and select option 6 to learn more about our services and to schedule an initial session.

Insurance And Fees

We accept most Alameda County Medi-Cal plans and Alameda Alliance for Health plans. Please reach out to discuss options and scheduling.

Covered California

Our Covered California Enrollment Representative can answer your questions about health insurance or help you enroll in a plan via Covered California. Find more information here.

Our clinical team is made up of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), MFT Associates, and MFT Trainees. All Trainees and Associates are under the direct supervision of a licensed clinician.
