Paying attention to that inner voice that talks to us throughout the day is critical to mapping our pathways of stress but also pathways to regulation. This training helps us explore our inner dialogue so that we can get better at managing our stress. We will explore the concept of joy but also how our inner state is contagious. We will explore the research on what are the three things that contribute to stress. We will end with exploring 4 concrete pathways to regulation in our everyday lives.
