Hope works as founder and principal of Gazelle Consulting. She has focused the latter half of her consulting career on organization and leadership development. She’s also a certified coach and facilitator, working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies. Hope grew up in the Motor City (Detroit) and completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in the Bay Area. She loves people and has a vision for all to be healed, valued and live at their ultimate capacity. Hope joined Hively’s board to further that vision and support its mission. In her personal time, she reads, hikes, volunteers in the community, and explores ideas through conversations.
