Why should you attend?

As service providers in the field of Early Care and Education (ECE), we all have a responsibility to actively seek to incorporate Anti-Bias and Anti-Racist practices into the work that we do with children and families. This is no easy task, but when we have the knowledge, tools, and commitment, we can make a difference.

Come join our intensive two-evening training to learn what it means to be Anti-Bias and Anti-Racist, learn easy practices to use in childcare settings, and learn how to navigate challenging conversations. This training is intended to be a conversation starter and position you to grow as an ECE Professional.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Define Anti Bias and Anti Racist
  2. Identify simple ways to infuse Anti-Bias and Anti-racist practices in their work with children and families.
  3. Utilize ways to create Anti-Bias Anti Racist environments for young children.
  4. Apply strategies for having constructive conversations about the importance of Anti-Bias and Racist practices in Early Learning and Care environment (or services)
