Young children’s access to high quality group care is important for all children. However, children of color often aren’t provided with access to high quality group care that is conscious of their cultural needs. Why is that? Let’s come together to discuss how children of color are best served in group settings. What are some courageous ways to incorporate social justice and equity in the childcare setting? This training will be a safe space to explore the real needs of children of color, while also providing easy and quick ways to improve their experiences in group care.
