Participants will learn how to be an anti-bias child care provider by challenging prejudice, stereotyping, bias, and the isms in their child care setting. You will be taught why it is not okay to be non-biased, meaning the observer. It is necessary for child providers to intervene to challenge and counter the personal challenge that perpetuates oppression.
