This training offers a multitude of concrete and practical strategies to use with children that promote resilience, buffer stress and support children in learning self-regulation. We do earthquake and fire drills but why not emotional emergency drills? Every child needs to learn practices to be their own emergency first responder in times of emotional stress. Learning a wide range of mindfulness practices supports the resilience of all children.
