Reese was licensed to practice marriage and family therapy in 2019 and has worked in a clinical supervisor role since 2022. She got her masters degree in counseling psychology at Saint Mary's College of California (Go Gaels!) and has more than 15 years of experience working in behavioral health in various capacities including case management, early intervention, parent training and consultation, and educationally related mental health in elementary and middle school settings. Reese draws from humanistic, person-centered, and cognitive behavioral approaches in her work with children, adults, and families. Mindfulness-based methods are a big part of her daily work, personally and professionally.
In her spare time, Reese enjoys reading, running, spending time with family, and obsessively tending to her houseplants. She is a registered yoga instructor and practices yoga every day, even if it's just a few breaths in headstand or downward facing dog.
