Tracey Lewis Taylor is a healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience leading clinical and operational teams in both large Academic Medical Centers (AMC) as well as within AMC
affiliated community hospital settings. She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley and is responsible for providing strategic leadership and management for all Hospital Operations including Human Resources and Nursing Operations.
Before her move to California, Tracey served as Vice President for Operations for NewYork-Presbyterian / Lawrence Hospital, overseeing hospital operations as well as operating and capital budgets, and implementing clinical strategy. She also served as Director of Clinical Services at NewYork-Presbyterian, responsible for operations of the Oncology and Cardiac Service Lines. Prior to her 11+ year career with NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Tracey held roles with Tenet Health System and the healthcare consulting firms of Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. In 2016 she was recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 influential business professional by Westchester County’s Business Council.
Tracey obtained an undergraduate and Master’s Degree in Public Health both from Emory University in Atlanta Georgia and is Board Certified as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
In addition to her role as COO at Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley, Tracey also serves on the Board of the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce and served as the Board Chair in 2021.
